Ducted Gas Heating
HOW IT WORKS
Depending on site conditions the whole heating system can be neatly concealed under floor or in a roof space.
The system works by drawing air from inside the home. A fan then blows this air over heated tubes before re-circulating the air into the home. Cleverly designed gas jets shape the flame to ensure that the maximum heat is obtained from the gas.
The exhaust is drawn through the system and flued out through the roof to ensure safe, clean and efficient heating for your home.
Braemar heaters feature a number of very clever design features that not only minimise gas use they also deliver maximum heat output for the gas consumed.
Put simply the enclosed heating unit takes air from inside the home, passes the air over heated tubes and then quickly delivers warm air throughout the home. With no hot surfaces inside the home, no messy ashes or fumes and no smelly chimneys Braemar ducted gas heating is the choice for your family's heating needs.
The Braemar Ecostar represents a revolution in modern ducted gas heating.
Several technology breakthroughs unique to Ecostar mean it is one of the most flexible, energy-efficient forms of heating available.
The Braemar Ecostar offers:
- Whole-of-home heating.
- Unprecedented zonal temperature control from the Spectrolink Multizone Controller.
- Outstanding heating efficiency of up to 5.6 gas energy rating stars.
- Unique energy-saving features.
- Engineering excellence that ensures maximum heat output for each gas unit.
- Single-point ignition that eliminates the need for a pilot light.
- In-shot burner technology that maximises combustion efficiency.
- Triaction heat exchanger for maximum heat generation.
- Softair fan system that delivers continuous warm air.
Spectrolink Multizone Controller
It's a familiar story... some family members are baking, others are too cold. Heating different parts of the home to a temperature that suits everyone can be a nightmare. Until now ducted heating meant the temperature for an entire home was controlled from one room. Zonal control for other rooms simply meant turning the heater on or off.

But not with the new Braemar Ecostar range. The Ecostar uses unique Spectrolink Multizone Controller technology that can divide the home into four separate temperature zones.
No longer will someone sitting in a small study swelter while the rest of the family stays comfortable in a large family room, which requires far greater volumes of warm air to heat. Spectrolink Multizone creates separate temperature zones that are each thermostatically controlled.
This greater control - perfectly suited to both single and two storey homes - means money and energy isn't wasted in overheating rooms.
The Spectrolink Multizone is optional on all four and five-star Braemar Ecostar models.
